If you are given a mandate to lead a program/project to a successful outcome you must forget about your ego, looking silly or misunderstood by your immediate environment, instead, follow simple steps that will reveal their strength only after combined into a massive pyramid-like structure within few months. The secret is a team leadership and environment of learning and collaboration. Nobody waiting to be heard but all team members working towards the same vision creating results as a by-pruduct (and maybe some innovations along the way).
