Homework for DAY 1 (30 September 2015):

1. Read and Study PMBOK® Guide Chapter 1-3 and/or 40 pages of Annex A1 to : THE STANDARD FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF A PROJECT, p. 417-461
2. Do the Framework and Processes and Project Lifecycle modules /use link to e-Learning Modules/
3. Try the Project Management Framework KNOWLEDGE AREA or Initiating PROCES GROUP in the X-AM module  /use link to e-Learning Modules/
4. Take your recent project - prepare to describe the Enterprise Environmental Factors, Type of Organization, Project Management Office Role, Constraints

Homework for the Trainer:

1. Find out how the PMP® exam is changing from 11 January 2016? A recently completed Role Delineation Study (RDS) provided an updated description of the project management professional role. Research included a large-scale survey of global Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification holders to validate updates to domains, tasks, knowledge, and skills. The RDS captures perspectives of project management practitioners from all industries, work settings, and regions. It serves as the foundation for the PMP exam and ensures its validity and relevance. The five domains of practice for the PMP remain the same. However, tasks within each domain have been modified, added, or removed.
2. Find out whether it is possible to select a date to sit the PMP® exam in Prague Prometic Center?
